Book an inspection
For water that is arriving right now, call — that is an attendance, not an appointment. For everything else an inspection is booked within one business day and you get the readings in writing whether or not you hire us.
What to have ready
- Where the water is, and which floor it is on.
- Where you think it came from, even if you are guessing.
- When you first saw it, and whether the building was occupied at the time.
- Roughly when the building was built, and whether it has had additions.
- Whether you have reported it to an insurer, and whether anybody has started drying it.
- Photographs — of the water, of the source if you found it, and of the ceiling or wall it came through.
Call, do not email, if
- Water is still arriving and you have not found the shut-off.
- Water has reached a light fitting, an outlet or an electrical panel. Kill the circuit at the panel, not at the switch.
- The water came up through a floor drain or a toilet. Close the door and stay out of the room.
- A ceiling is sagging or bulging. It is holding water and it will come down.
- The building is heated by something that has been under water.

It takes about a minute and it gets you the same answer. Nobody has to be on the phone at the same time.
